- Order Processing Time: 5–12 business days (Includes design approval, production/customization, and quality inspection.)
- Shipping Time (after processing):
- United States: 8–18 business days (via reliable express or consolidated shipping)
- Canada / Europe: 10–22 business days
- International / Other Regions: 12–30 business days
- Total Delivery Time (from order placement): 14–35 days on average, depending on customization complexity and destination.
- Express Option: Available at checkout for faster delivery (additional cost).
- Tracking: Provided for all orders.
Important Notes:
- During peak seasons (holidays, Chinese New Year, etc.), processing and shipping times may be longer.
